Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking experienced Customer Support Specialists to join their clients' teams across Colorado. These roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in a structured, corporate environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality support to business or consumer clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and/or internal systems
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM or ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
  • Follow established processes and service standards to meet quality and performance expectations
  • Assist with administrative support tasks related to customer accounts, requests, and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a corporate customer support, call center, or office-based service role required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
  • Experience working with CRM platforms or customer management systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday; in-office

Additional Details:

$23/hr-$26/hr DOE; Background check required
